Bobby Brown is offering Nick Gordon the chance to visit Bobbi Kristina Brown, his still comatose daughter, if he agrees to a police interview addressing the question of what happened leading up to his and Whitney Houston's only daughter being found face down in the bathtub of a home they shared.

Bobbi Kristina has failed to regain consciousness since being rushed to a hospital emergency room on Jan. 31 and remains on life support. Since she's been hospitalized, doctors at Georgia' Emory Hospital have also detected several unexplained bruises on her body, prompting family members to ban Gordon from visiting her.

Late last week, TMZ reported Brown was offering Gordon the chance to visit 21-year-old Bobbi "with strings attached." While attorneys for Brown declined to pinpoint what those specific demands could be, the website speculated they had to do with Gordon submitting to a police interview.

"We are only concerned with individuals that can help Bobbi Kristina and bring resolution to the investigation," the website quoted Brown's attorney as reasoning. "Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe."

Meanwhile, attorneys for Gordon have advised him not to accept Brown's offer, insisting their client has already repeatedly offered to meet with him in private to help clear the air without involving either of their legal teams.

To date, Brown reportedly has yet to be interviewed by police, who maintain their criminal investigation is ongoing.

Recently, HollywoodLife.com reported Bobbi Kristina Brown was hooked on drugs in the days leading up to her being hospitalized, including heroin, cocaine and Xanax. Sources also told the website she suffered from a severe drinking problem, causing her to often slur her words and appear incoherent.

Brown's medical emergency came almost exactly three years after her superstar mother's lifeless body was pulled from the bathtub of a Beverly Hills hotel where she was staying. Investigators later determined Whitney Houston had drugs in her system at the time of her death.
