A high school freshman had to hire a CEO for a babysitting business that now employs 150 and serves 190 clients after three years in operation, ABC News reports.

Noa Mintz is the director of the New York City-based company, Nannies by Noa.

"I hosted art classes in third-grade and I used to take lemonade stands to the next level, so I always had the entrepreneurial spirit," Noa said.

"It's not that I wanted to be a babysitter. I just recognized what the potential of a New York nanny should be, so I gave it a shot and it got big very fast."

Noa's dad invested in the business to help her get the project off the ground. Now, she has a CEO to help her run Nannies by Noa since it became hard to juggle both the business and school.

Allison Johnson, a 26-year-old social worker who originally was a nanny for the business, oversees the growth of the company.

"In the summer, Noa reached out to me and told me she was starting high school," Johnson said.

"I had no idea she was a minor. Noa's definitely unique. She's extremely advanced as far as being business savvy. We always saw this mutual respect for each other."

Each sitter can make from $15 to $25 an hour depending on the number of children and amount of work required while the business collects a percentage of this revenue.

"It's a very personal service that takes up a lot of your time," Noa said.

"I really wanted to focus on school, but I loved the business and realized that people wanted to continue working with us, so I needed a CEO. We have a great working relationship, Allison and I."

The teen hopes that she will inspire other kids to be confident in executing their ideas.
