Xbox One and PS4 'NBA 2K15' Gameplay, Locker Codes, Roster & Update: Latin Nights, Phoenix Rising Jerseys Added; 2K14 Servers to Be Taken Down
New uniforms were released Monday evening for "NBA 2K15," according to NBA2K on Twitter.
The Washington Wizards and Houston Rockets both got Latin Nights jerseys. The Wizards jersey reads "Los Wizards" and is red, white and blue. The Rockets jersey reads "Los Rockets" and is red with two narrow stripes going down both sides of the jersey.
According to the NBA's official Noches Enebea collection webstore, the Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, Dallas Mavericks, Los Angeles Lakers, Miami Heat, New York Knicks, Orlando Magic, Phoenix Suns and San Antonio Spurs all offer similar Latin Nights jerseys and gear.
The Phoenix Suns also got a new jersey called the Phoenix Rising jersey. The jersey is a T-shirt style jersey, not a tank top and is in gray with Phoenix written in orange and black.
"NBA 2K15" was released in October 2014. While some NBA fans updated to "NBA 2K15," others chose to stick with "NBA 2K14."
Soon, "NBA 2K14" will lose most of its functionality. 2K Sports announced that at the end of the month, 2K14 servers will be taken down. That means no more online play for last season's game and no more online association. It also means no more updates will be made to the game. If gamers care about having the latest rosters and uniforms they are definitely going to have to upgrade to 2K15 soon.
Over the weekend, MyPARK champions the Old Time Flyers finally received their own custom-designed park. The Flyers won a half-season competition and was rewarded with their own park in February. Now, the park is put of the MyPARK mode in the game.
What do you think about 2K Sports taking down the "2K14" servers? Is this fair for gamers who did not want to buy "NBA 2K15?" Leave us a comment below and let us know what you think.
