Pep Guardiola is being linked to a move to Manchester City, but will the Champions League-winning coach leave Bayern Munich before his contract runs out?

When asked about rumors linking him to a move to the Premier League, Guardiola denied that he is planning to leave Bayern Munich. The Spanish football manager insisted he will fulfill his contract with the reigning Bundesliga champions, and insisted that he has not received any offer from other clubs.

"Of course I am going to fulfill my contract here at Bayern," Guardiola said in a news conference via ESPN FC. "I am happy here and my only idea right now is to stay and work for this club. I haven't had a contract offer [from another club] and I am not waiting for a contract offer from anyone else."

Guardiola, who has helped Bayern Munich win multiple titles since joining the club in 2013, is in contract with the German powerhouse club until after the 2015-16 season.

However, different speculation about his future intensified after Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge said that they are not in a rush to offer a new deal to Guardiola, who is on the verge of winning his third consecutive Bundesliga title with the club.

Guardiola, who won the Champions League once during his stay at FC Barcelona, is being linked to Manchester City over the past several days as reports suggested that the Premier League club might replace Manuel Pellegrini.

Pellegrini led Manchester City to Premier League success last season, but the 61-year-old has been under fire as of late after his club took costly defeats. Manchester City absorbed a 2-1 loss at home to FC Barcelona in the Champions League Last-16, which was followed by a disappointing 2-1 loss to Liverpool in the Premier League.

For his part, Pellegrini also played down talks about his possible exit. He said that he is not feeling any pressure to win a title every year and expressed confidence that he will remain at the helm at Manchester City.

"There are different ways of analyzing things. Winning trophies is only one of them," Pellegrini told Daily Mail Online. "Maybe last year nobody thought we were going to win the title but we did. To think about the future is the worst thing. I don't do that. The most important thing is to continue playing with the same style. We won't change."
