Aracely Arambula and Mexican singer Luis Miguel have finally reached an agreement on child support claims, People en Español reports.

Actress Arambula filed a claim for child support back in 2012 against the singer, while also requesting that he spend more time with their two children together, Miguel and Daniel.

"Luis Miguel and I reached an agreement for the welfare of our children," said the actress in the latest issue of the Mexican edition of ¡Hola!

The actress told People en Español in March 2013, "I admire Luis Miguel, I care for him, I respect him, but in personal matter, he and I have to fix some things."

Arambula is sure their past problems have been resolved and that their main goal is to focus on the welfare of their children.

The green-eyed actress admits to having a lot of changes throughout her long acting career, including physical changes, Radio Formula reports.

"Definitely, the time, experience and the years are not in vain," she said. "They allow you to learn, grow and become a better person. For me, acting is my great passion, and well, in my situation, I think it has helped me work with such professional people."

Actor Erik Hayser called Arambula one of the greatest stars in the world of television. Hayser and Arambula starred as lovers in "Los Miserables."

He said of the character he plays, "Daniel Ponce is a man who has suffered the death of each of his loved ones since he was a child. He's a just, honest, idealistic man. But he's also filled with shadows and fears that don't let him move forward."

Meanwhile, Luis Miguel upset some of his fans after showing up 50 minutes late to a concert in Mexico City on Feb. 15, according to TV Notas. The site also accused him of humming part of his songs. Other sources said the singer was actually punctual.
