Alejandra Espinoza and Anibal Marrero gave birth to a baby boy Wednesday in Miami. The baby was 20 inches long and weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces at birth. He came into the world officially at 5:28 p.m, according to People en Español.

According to the Univision program "El Gordo y La Flaca," Espinoza was admitted to Mercy Hospital in Miami on Tuesday night.

"Ale's state is excellent, [she] did not have a normal pregnancy, so to speak, but [it's] okay," Espinoza's father, Joseph, said before his grandson was born.

The grandfather said he was "nervous" and "excited" for his daughter's baby.

Now that Aiden Matteo is born, his first picture has been posted on his official Instagram. It is a picture of his little hand.

Espinoza has not posted any pictures of Aiden Matteo yet. Her latest picture was her very pregnant belly in a long yellow dress at 37 weeks.

Espinoza has been very anxious and excited for her new baby to arrive. She had been calling him baby Matteo, which is actually his middle name.

Just as excited as Alejandra was her husband Marrero. He posted an Instagram photo, which had a balloon elephant with the words "baby boy" on it.

"@mattemarrero was born! #WelcomeMatteo We've waited so long for your @aleespinozatv and me!!! I'm a dad!!! #thekingisborn !!!" he said.

Espinoza said she wanted to have her baby the natural way and would accept the pain involved with child birth, but she ended up accepting an epidural, according to her father.

Espinoza's brother, Angel, was also at the hospital. He was wearing a T-shirt that read "#BienvenidoMatteo. The #BienvenidoMatteo hashtag on Twitter has been shared by fans and shows like "El Gordo y La Flaca" and "Despierta America."

"El Gordo y La Flaca" posted a picture of Espinoza holding the newborn on Twitter.
