Nicki Minaj is currently rumored to be pregnant with Meek Mill's child, as she was spotted sucking on a nausea lollipop.

MediaTakeOut.com recently "confirmed" that the Trinidadian emcee is "pregnant with her partner Meek Mill's baby," insisting the news is "not rumor, it's facts!"

Minaj reportedly attended Chris Brown and Trey Songz's "Between the Sheets" tour concert on March 8; two eyewitnesses who were next to her during that night alleged she did not drink any alcohol and was sucking on a "special lollipop."

The website explained that the sweet is designed to stop nausea in pregnant women.

"Nicki is definitely pregnant," an insider, who is a celebrity, claimed. "She was glowing and smiling with her friends. She was sucking on a 'pregnancy pop' so I know she's pregnant."

The pregnancy claim follows the Young Money artist's interview with BBC 1Xtra Radio's Charlie Sloth, in which she seemingly confirmed her romance with the Philly rapper.

"We're just super compatible and just be having fun together," she told the host. "We are just having fun together, nah mean. When the kid do it, the kid get it done, nah mean?"

In addition, Urban Islandz reported that Meek Mill wants to propose to rumored girlfriend Nicki Minaj soon.

"A lot of people don't really know but Meek is part of the reason Nicki and Safaree broke up, they have been creeping for months before going public," a source alleged. "Meek is in love with Nicki and he is telling his friends that he is waiting for the perfect moment to pop the question."

"He knows that Nicki is almost ready to get married and have babies. Her biological clock is ticking and he is taking full advantage of that," the source added.
