The new series "The Royals" is being billed as so intriguing you won't want to take a bathroom break while it's on for fear you may miss something.

"If you want to go to the bathroom during the show, don't," show co-star Alexandra Park, who plays the role of Princess Eleanor, told HollywoodLife.com. Added co-star William Moseley, who plays one of her siblings, "we need each other -- the shoulder to cry on -- to bang on, whatever we need. They can rely on each other, going through all of these things together. They're both the royals. That's hard."

Although the show is being promoted as an earnest portrayal of what it might be for someone to live their life as part of the royal family, the stars stress the plot line is not meant to perfectly match up with the life and experiences of the real royal family.

"Princess Diana was kind of sexy," said Moseley, adding that the show is not is "a direct parallel." "This is our own separate entity. It's a sexier version. It's a different version."

Park describes Eleanor as "a young girl who wants to mean something to someone." She added "Eleanor is going through a stage as season one begins and she is dealing with coming into her 20s, and the loss of her brother, and her relationship with her mother and the search for purpose. She rebels against the obligations she has and the rules -- not on purpose to upset everyone, but she doesn't know how to figure stuff out."

The show premieres on Sunday, March 15 on the E! Network at 10 p.m. Fans were recently treated to a preview of the show during the Super Bowl when cast members were featured in a 30-second commercial.
