Paul Walker's dad has broken his silence. The painful death of his son has been devastating not only to his family but to his friends and millions of fans. The entire world has been impacted by the shocking and tragic death of whom his father called "a kind person".

TMZ caught up to Paul Walker Sr. in L.A., who seemed disoriented, sad and just overwhelmed with sentiment. He says Paul's 15-year old daughter Meadow has "taking it really tough...but then again she has family around her and some very very loving friends...they're all close, there's a lot of hugging". He tells us that it helps to talk about him and remember him, mentioning the stories that he has learned of his son's kindness, truly beyond what anyone could image. He talks about a diamond ring he gave to a marine to give to his girl, "he did things like that for people, I don't think he wanted anyone to know". Paul Walker's heart was humble and his passion for giving wasn't for publicity, it came from within.

When asked how he wants people to remember his son, he said, "visualize Paul standing on the beach with a surf board looking out to the ocean, I think he would like that image of himself". Though Paul Sr. admits that "it's hard and every now and then [he'll] break down", he seems to be able to talk more about his son without breaking into tears. He thanks Paul's fans and all of the people showing their respects and condolences. Vin Diesel has also broken his silence as he visited the scene of the accident and thanked all of the people there for their ongoing support. Moments like this are what show how much this actor was particularly loved. E! News mentioned last night that his character in "Fast and Furious", Brian O'Conner had the same kind spirit that Paul did in real life. This helped fans really get to know this actor and allow his loving soul to make an impact in this world.

Rest in Peace Paul Walker.
