Christina Aguilera forgot her "pantalones" as she sported a marine outfit accompanied by a sparkly pair of Louboutins at The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The singer took it "Back to Basics" as a uniformed military audience accompanied her for the show's Thanksgiving special.

"What a trooper she didn't even have time to get dressed! She rushed right over here" Leno, joked. "You look fantastic". Christina forgot her pants on purpose as she has been showing off her slimmer new figure everywhere she goes. However, Aguilera has never been a gal of too much clothes. The Voice coach first of all, thanked all of the men and women in the audience for their services saying; "my father was a sergeant in the army...so I know what it's like to grow up on a military base, and be a part of the family. I have a lot of respect for you guys and what you do and you women". Christina doesn't mention her father much, as he was the subject of some pretty heartbreaking songs that explained his abuse towards her mother in her very personal 2002 album "Stripped".

She did speak a lot about her son Max, who turns 6 this month. "He's such a character. He outsmarts me". Leno suggested to threaten him with Santa taking his presents away if he misbehaves, to that Christina responded, "If I threaten that, he'll be like,'Ok, then another little boy will get that toy'". Seems like Christina has her hands full as a single working mommy. She divorced ex-husband and father of Max, Jordan Bratman, in early 2011, after five years of marriage. There seemed to be some foul play coming from Bratman, which Christina describes in her 2010 single "You Lost Me" when the couple was already separated. But Christina continues to hold her head high as she successfully continues her music career, is a judge on the popular show The Voice and has been dating her boyfriend Matt Rutler, whom she met on the production set of her 2010 film Burlesque.

Christina ended the show with a performance of her 2007 hit "Candyman" which features a "Marines" theme in the music video. "Do your thang honey".
