Lil Wayne's teenage daughter Reginae Carter is clearly furious at Cash Money affiliate Young Thug for naming his upcoming debut studio album "Tha Carter VI."

While the New Orleans emcee's anxiously awaited "Tha Carter V" album is long overdue, the Rich Gang rapper took to his Instagram account on Tuesday to confirm the title of his latest project, undoubtedly taken from Wayne's "Carter" series.

The Atlanta native captioned the video clips previewing his new track "We Free" with the hashtag, "#CARTER6":

The recent social media posts follow Young Thug's statement last year, revealing the title of his forthcoming record for the time.

"Nah, I just feel like I'm that big," he said during an interview with DJ Whoo Kid. "'Cause he feel like after 'Tha Carter V,' he ain't gonna make no more music. 'Cause he feel like can't nobody make music like that."

With that being said, the 16-year-old shared her thoughts on the album title in a series of tweets.

Ms. Carter first questioned, "Is he trying to be funny with this Carter6 ? Cause it's pretty childish to me! #myopinion," before taking shots at Thug: "Try again if you're even trying to get on my fathers level."

"Listen . I usually stay in a child's place but that's my father and I'll stick up for him no matter what ! It was not to be disrespectful," she continued. "But you know what . I don't have to explain myself ! I don't regret anything and I'll repeat myself if I have to."
