A video of an ordinary-looking squirrel goes viral on YouTube - so what's so special about this squirrel? Well, this rodent has trouble staying up or standing still. Viewing this rare sight, many Internet users wonder if he is suffering from either narcolepsy or serious inability to keep balance.

Titled as "Tippy The Fainting Squirrel," the one-minute long video uploaded by Honor Via shows a foraging black squirrel in search of food (perhaps acorns), possibly for his late preparation for winter hibernation. Tippy is moving around the green grass with brown fallen autumn leaves dispersed everywhere, which appears to be the uploader's front yard. The wobbly squirrel stands up, begins chewing, then faces the brief vertigo and falls over; he does this repeatedly.

Many viewers commented under the video, concerned about the squirrel's health condition.

"This looks a lot like 'fainting goat syndrome.' A while ago, a couple of cats became internet-famous for the same disorder, which eventually caused their death. While I cannot claim that the same will happen to this squirrel, I wouldn't say it's perfectly fine either," Fabián Jacquin wrote.

Oliver Bricker also commented, "it is common for rodents to get drunk off fermented berries and such. I saw a ground hog that looked drunk just like this one. Hopefully, that's all it is."

"This happened to a backyard squirrel I observed once that developed diabetes after overdosing on goo goo clusters - he had low blood sugar," Timothy Campbell said.

Whether the squirrel has health issues or not, it is quite hilarious and cute to watch. Check out the video below and see if you can count how many times Tippy flops over.
