Star Magazine reports that "the two-who have worked together extensively on 'The Lord of the Rings' franchise-are now dating each other". A source tells the magazine that they had been "getting cozy backstage after the opening night of 'Waiting for Godot ' at the Cort Theater on Broadway last week". It seems like their long time friendship has turned into a deeper sentiment, now that Orlando is single. "When they got behind closed doors, they were playfully tickling, gazing into each other's eyes and holding hands", the source said. This source also went on to say that Orlando and Liv "carried on their affections" to an after party at Bryant Park Grill. Can this really be true?

Liv Tyler has denied the rumors saying that "[Orlando] and [herself] have been dear friends for many years" and that anything beyond that is "not true".
