Khloe Kardashian Weight Gain 2015: Reality Star Reveals Secrets to Losing Pounds
Khloé Kardashian recently revealed the secrets to her successful weight loss.
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star took to her Twitter last September to admit that she gained at least 10 pounds:
I def gained about 10 lbs or even more. Oye! Focused now "@ILUVNKOTB: @khloekardashian how did u not gain from slacking for a few months?"

Also, Star magazine previously reported Kardashian had low self-esteem and felt lonely, following her breakup with boyfriend French Montana.
"All she and French did was party and drink, and it's starting to catch up with her," one of her friends said at the time. "Now the relationship is over, and she feels fat, ugly and alone."
However, ever since then, the 30-year-old has noticeably been shedding pounds, as she Instagrammed a before-and-after image with the following caption:
"Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes."

Although she did not reveal her current weight, Kardashian shared some tips to get in shape.
"I work out almost every day," she told PEOPLE. "I go to a trainer five days a week, and on the weekends, I do cardio and whatever I want to do."
"I kind of eat what I want, but in portion control, which I never knew before," she continued. "It's really hard. You have to train your body to eat less. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach."
The reality star added that she drinks "like 5 liters of water a day."
Not only that, Kardashian said she often gives advice to her younger siblings, including Kylie Jenner, who revealed on Instagram earlier this month that she has put on 15 pounds.
"I yell at her and Kendall [Jenner] to drink more water," said Khloé Kardashian. "I know what I can teach them, but it might not be for everybody, but it's for us. I want to impart the knowledge I have and they can take it. I think my job is to pass that on if it's in diet or whatever."
