Jennifer Aniston seems to conserve her beauty much better than she does her relationships. The "Friends" starlet and fiancée Justin Theroux's, are reportedly not spending the holidays together, making us think that they aren't doing so well.

Star Magazine's headline reads "Relationship Crumbles" for Jen and Justin as their three-year romance is "stumbling towards a split". A source tells the magazine, "They've actually been fighting like crazy behind the scenes for a while now. They're such different people, kind of an oil-and-water couple. Lots of people wonder if their engagement is even the real thing."

Ouch. Those are pretty harsh words for Jennifer, who hasn't had the best of luck in the dating world since her divorce from actor Brad Pitt. It seems that after Angie (Angelina Jolie) snatched Jen's man away while they filmed "Mr. and Mrs. Smith", Jen has lost her "mojo" with the guys.

Reports say that the couple didn't even spend Thanksgiving together. Justin, who recently moved to New York to film the HBO drama "The Leftovers" didn't fly to be with Jen in L.A for the holiday. It wasn't necessary for Theroux to even be in New York this early since filming doesn't begin until February of this upcoming year. "They do have things called jet planes," the pesky source says, "You'd certainly think it would've been important for Justin to join Jen for the holiday - or just as important for Jen to be with Justin if he was with his family".  This is true, it's not like they couldn't afford a plane ticket.

We hope that this source has just been misleaded and that "The Millers" star is not headed to splitville once again.  Good luck with your engagement Jen and Justin, don't let work get in the way of real love.
