The Kardashian-Jenners are concerned with Rob Kardashian's depression.

The family's concerns have been documented on their hit E! series "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," Yahoo! Celebrity reports.

According to reports, Rob Kardashian has been depressed because he is struggling with his weight gain and failed business ventures. He reportedly missed his sister's Kim Kardashian's wedding because of his weight gain.

Rob launched his Arthur George sock line, but it was not a big hit like many of his sisters' business ventures.

"Not every Kardashian venture has been super successful though," a Yahoo! insider said. "There have been some that have been bigger hits than others. It seems like he just sort of gave up."

His depression seems to be deeper than his weight gain and failed business ventures though.

The Kardashian-Jenner family has staged multiple interventions to try to help Rob Kardashian, PEOPLE reports.

Rob has been very against seeking help but his family is not trying to give up on him.

"He's sad, he's bitter, he's single," a source said referring to Rob. "He is very depressed and has been [for a while]."

Kris Jenner's only son made headlines after posting an Instagram photo comparing his sister Kim to fictional psychopath Amy Dunne from "Gone Girl."

Rob captioned the photo, "This is my sister Kim, the b*tch from 'Gone Girl.'"

"It's really hard for him that his sisters are so public and he looks like the shut-in," a source said about Rob who has a long history of emotional outbursts.

According to Us Weekly, Rob lashed out on Kim because he feels that she is two-faced.

"Kim told him he needs to get out of his funk," an insider said. "Rob is in a dark place."

The Instagram post came after 28-year-old Rob filmed a scene with Kim for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
