The Hiltons and the Lohans are reportedly at war.

According to the Associated Press, police say that on Friday morning, Barron Hilton, the 24-year old brother of hotel heiress Paris Hilton, was assaulted at a party in Miami Beach. The police report cites witnesses as saying that the attacker asked Barron to leave the party and then hit him with an object that has not been identified. Neither the witnesses nor Barron were able to identify the suspect. The aggressor allegedly left the scene in a dark green sport utility vehicle.

Hilton posted a photo of his battered face onto his Instagram page on Dec. 7. He refused treatment from fire-rescue workers.

The assailant has since been identified as Ray Lemoine, and, according to TMZ, Barron believes that Lindsay Lohan, an on-again-off-again friend of Paris's, orchestrated the entire affair.

In a video uploaded to the gossip site, Lindsay is allegedly seen arguing with Barron right before the attack. Barron's face, however, cannot be see in the video. TMZ claims Barron believes that Lindsay ordered Lemoine to attack after the argument.

"[TMZ] doesn't have the facts. Everything they're saying is not based on fact," Dina Lohan, Lindsay's mother, told Newsday.

A rep for Lemoine told TMZ that Lindsay had nothing to do with the attack, and Lemoine attacked Hilton because he got violent first and would not leave.

Now TMZ reports that Barron is taking Lindsay to court.

"Sources close to the Hilton's [sic] tell us Paris met up with a lawyer Saturday afternoon ... and hooked him up with Barron to get things going STAT!" TMZ said.

TMZ also claims that Paris commented on Barron's Instagram photo with some intimidating words.

"They both will pay for what they did. No one fucks with my family and gets away with it!!!" Paris reportedly said with two angry face emojis. The comment is no longer visible on the photo, however.
