After the beatdown of Barron Hilton -- the beatdown heard 'round the world -- Lindsay Lohan doesn't seem to have a care in the world. Gangsta!

Of course, this isn't exactly helped by the fact that Barron Hilton's own actions are working against him: according to The New York Daily News, despite being gung-ho about the prosecution of his assailants when the beatdown first happened, the heir to the Hilton fortune isn't cooperating with police at the moment. "We've had no cooperation from Mr. Hilton since he made the report," Sgt. Bobby Hernandez of Miami Beach Police told the Daily News Monday.

"He didn't want anything to do with it. Since then, we haven't been able to get in touch with him. He hasn't called back to respond to numerous messages. We are in standby mode until we get more information and speak to the victim himself. If the victim doesn't want to cooperate, it ends at that point."

In addition, according to Sgt. Hernandez, the claims that Lindsay Lohan were directly involved in the attack are unsubstantiated.

This all lends credence to the latest claims from the Lohan clan -- first, Lindsay's mother Dina (never one to miss a chance to turn the spotlight on herself) told CBS News that TMZ's initial report of Lindsay's involvement was untrue. "[TMZ] doesn't have the facts. Everything they're saying is not based on fact."

And now, according to TMZ, Michael Lohan is also saying that Lindsay didn't have anything to do with the Hilton head-to-head. "Lindsay thinks it's a joke that people are blaming her," he said as he escorted his daughter into her NYC apartment shortly after the attack. He also called the Hilton family's threats "ridiculous" and claimed that Barron is "aggressive" and "asking for a beatdown."
