Hope you are ready to hear some mind-blowing confessions from Demi Lovato. She has shared her struggles with eating disorders but her alleged drug and alcohol use has always been up in the air. Demi's reps never wanted her to talk about her drug problems, but she has been quiet for too long and today she has revealed it all.

Demi Lovato confesses that she was "doing coke every 30 minutes". I guess Joe Jonas gave her the little push she need to own up to EVERYTHING after he confessed that the first time he smoked pot, it was with her and Miley Cyrus. But Demi tells Access Hollywood that she was more than just a young Disney rebel: she was an addict.

"Something I've never talked about before, but with my drug use I could hide it to where I would sneak drugs. I couldn't go without 30 minutes to an hour without cocaine and I would bring it on airplanes." She continues to say, "I would wait until everyone in first class would go to sleep and I would do it right there or sneak into the bathroom and I'd do it ... that's how difficult it got, that even with somebody [with me], I had a sober companion, somebody who was watching me 24/7 and living with me [and] I was able to hide it from them as well."

The "Skyscraper" singer continues to talk about how bad her addictions were even when she convinced everyone who knew her struggles, that she was sober.

"I was going to the airport and I had a Sprite bottle just filled with vodka and it was just nine in the morning and I was throwing up in the car and this was just to get on a plane to go back to LA to the sober living house that I was staying at ... I had all the help in the world, but I didn't want it." Lovato says that at the age of 19-years old she finally realized that she was out of control and needed to really stop.

"I had a moment where I was like, 'Oh my God ... that is alcoholic behavior. [It's] no longer, I'm young and rebellious and out having fun, it was, wow, I'm one of those people ... I gotta get my s*** together. It's no longer fun when you're doing it alone."

Lovato's confessions were so "real" that she felt hesitant at one point during the interview saying "I've really never talked about this stuff before ... I don't know if I should be sharing this." But Demi's sincerity and courage to be sober is what inspires so many people in this same struggle to get out of it. The "Heart Attack" singer also touched on her battle with anorexia and bulimia, saying that at one point she was just "throwing up blood" and it was when she realized "if I don't stop this, I am going to die."

My gosh, that entire time we just saw a Disney star performing on stage, in television shows and filming movies. It really puts into light the pressures that young Hollywood really goes through. Good to see that Demi was strong enough to save herself from destruction and help so many people by sharing her story.
