‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 11 Episode 19 Spoilers: Amelia Tells Owen Relationships Is ‘a mistake,’ Meredith Dwells on Derek Kissing Renee [Watch]
Thursday night's new "Grey's Anatomy" episode will be one of the most emotionally charged of the season.
The first Grey's is revisited, according to ABC. A flashback of Meredith and Derek flirting as interns will be featured.
Meredith and Derek reconciled in the last episode. He came clean to Meredith about the big mistake he made kissing Renee Collier. She forgave him, it seemed, and their relationship stabilized. In the next episode, Meredith is still struggling in their relationship.
Thursday's Episode 19, titled "Crazy Love," is perfectly named because it focuses on relationship issues between the show's characters. Meredith struggles with forgiving Derek because she simply cannot get the image of him kissing Renee out of her mind. She asks his sister, Amelia Shepherd, for advice in coping with the feelings, but Amelia is emotionally strained as she battles with whether or not to continue her romance with Owen Hunt.
In the promo clip, Amelia comes clean to Meredith about her feelings for Hunt, saying, "I think I'm falling in love with Owen Hunt. I'm really afraid that it's going to destroy me."
Upon realizing that Owen and Amelia have been seeing each other behind her back, Meredith gets upset and scolds her sister-in-law, causing Amelia to rethink the relationship.
Amelia and Owen care about each other, but is their romance detrimental to their jobs? This is something that Amelia is very worried about.
Later in the clip, we see Amelia confront Owen at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. "I can't do this. This is a mistake," she says.
Meanwhile, Catherine reportedly springs into action when a man is brought into the hospital with an unusual injury after his wife takes revenge on his cheating ways. It is one of the most shocking medical cases on the show this season.
Watch "Grey's Anatomy" Episode 19, "Crazy Love," 8 p.m. Thursday on ABC.
