Shayna Terese Taylor just signed a two-year contract with Wilhelmina Models. The prestigious modeling agency seemed to take notice of the 38-year old socialite now that she's in the media more often. A representative for the agency told TMZ that Shayna has "huge potential in the fitness and lifestyle world."

Even though Shayna Taylor told TMZ that she is "just friends" with Ryan Seacrest, their reportedly public PDA says otherwise. According to RadarOnline the couple is definitely dating. A source reports, "They were obviously together, and the girl was clearly into Ryan; she was all over him, holding his back and his hand while he talked to the others. And he seemed to be loving the PDA." Shayna seems to be denying her new BF due to the rumors that she is using him for his connections. The American Idol host broke up with his girlfriend of three years, Julianne Hough, not too long ago; maybe that's why he also prefers to keep Taylor under the radar. Either way they are both doing a very bad job of pretending they are not together.

Yesterday Shayna had her first big modeling shoot in very chilly temperatures. In December, Los Angeles is still sunny but cold enough for jackets and boots, not wet hair and bikinis. Taylor stuck it through, not wanting to disappoint, and had a great shoot. She tweeted pictures of the shoot with the caption: "Another amazing, but FREEZING beach shoot with the amazing @katemoorephoto and hair and make-up:@ericaerk #Wilhelmina #freezing." Her beauty is undeniable, but her credibility in the modeling industry will have to be built since people feel that she was signed only because of Seacrest.

Good luck to Shayna and Ryan, who should cut the act. We know you're together. Don't worry Seacrest, we know that people love and stop loving, we're not mad you moved on. Plus, we admire how you still find time to date with your 133,879,000 jobs.
