Ryan Reynolds was hit by a paparazzi's car in Vancouver on Friday.

Reynolds' rep told ABC News that he was walking toward his car in the parking lot of his Vancouver hotel when a paparazzi's car hit him and sped off.

"The man fled the scene. Ryan is okay," his reps told ABC, adding that the crash was minor.

Police official Brian Montague spoke to CBC News about the hit and run and confirmed that Reynolds suffered no injuries.

"Unfortunately I have not been given an update and don't know the outcome or how things have progressed with confirming who the driver is," he added.

Ryan has been temporarily living in Vancouver as he films his latest Marvel movie, ABC reports.

Following the incident, the hotel where Reynolds is staying released a statement assuring it has "extended full assistance to authorities.

Reynolds also tweeted about the incident in a playful message.

When a local television station requested a response from Reynolds about the incident, he tweeted that he would only call them if they re-aired the show "Beachcombers."

Meanwhile, Reynolds' wife, Blake Lively, has been on a promotional tour for her latest film "Age of Adaline" which hits theaters April 24.

"Age of Adaline" tells the story of Adaline Bowman, played by Lively, who remains 29 years old for nearly eight decades following a freak accident.

In addition to promoting the film, Lively has also been dishing on details about becoming a mother. Four months ago, Lively gave birth to she and Reynolds' first child, James.

When People asked her to describe her experience as a new mom, Lively replied, "It's everything that everyone always says. I want to say something different than anyone else, but there's a reason everyone says the same things. It's going good."

In an interview with E! News, Lively said her husband became "obsessed" with HBO's "Game of Thrones."

"He did everything he could to pirate episodes that hadn't even been shot yet," she said. "So that was a little tough point in our marriage. Now we're through it because there's a new season coming out." (Season five premiered the day after we chatted.)

So far, Lively has not spoken publicly about Reynolds' accident.
