Last week's "Grey's Anatomy" Episode 19, "Crazy Love," certainly lived up to its title with Meredith and Derek's sexcapades and the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital staff scurrying to reattach a chef's penis after it was sliced off by his wife because he cheated.

The episode kicked off with Meredith and Derick having lots of sex, and fans felt tremendous relief that the show's star couple had their relationship on track. He said that he was moving back to Seattle.

Amelia returned expecting to have the house to herself, but found Meredith and Derek in the kitchen. The bigger surprise was when Owen walked in behind her. Busted.

Derek bid farewell on his way to the White House to resign. "Wait for me," he said with a smile. "I'll be back before you know it."

A chef arrived at the hospital escorted by his sous chef/mistress with his penis in a box (the second "penis in a box" at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital -- remember Season 1, Episode 2?). His wife had chopped it off because he cheated on her.

Webber, April, Catherine and Edwards help the man reconnect with his detached member, but not before Webber yelled at April for calling Catherine in, and then at Catherine. April told Webber off, which was one of the show's best scenes.

Despite the fact that their relationship had ended on bad terms, Webber told Catherine he loves her, and he's not going anywhere. They kissed.

The chef's penis was reattached until his sous chef/mistress snuck into his room and cut it off. Edwards chased the penis-carrying sous chef into the bathroom. It seemed like she was going to flush the member, but Edwards empathized with her and secured it for, yet again, reattachment.

Meredith confront Amelia about Owen. Amelia was rather defensive. Later, Amelia blew up at Owen after a surgery went badly, and eventually, she blew up at Meredith.

The next day, a White House representative called the hospital looking for Derek. Derek did not show up for the meeting he was to attend. Derek was missing.

In "Grey's Anatomy" Episode 20, "One Flight Down," a small plane crash in Seattle causes multiple casualties. The crash brings back terrible memories for the doctors, especially Meredith and Arizona.

The tension between Owen and Amelia makes for an uncomfortable working environment for Stephanie.

In the "One Flight Down" promo clip, Meredith is at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. The doctors congregate in a room after working on a patient. Meredith checks her phone. Derek has not called. The other doctors ask Meredith what is wrong.

"Derek missed his meeting in D.C. this morning. I called him and he did not pick up. I have not heard from him all day. 5 o'clock is my deadline. If there's no news by then, I will go home and freak out," Meredith told Dr. Maggie Pierce.

"You are freaking out now, aren't you?" Maggie asked.

"Yeah," Meredith said. 

"You are going over everything you can think of -- going over the last conversation you can think of and playing it over and over in your head, right?" Maggie asked.

"Yes."

"You should go home, Mer," Pierce tells her.

Could Derek have been in a plane crash? Could he be with the other woman? Did he have something more with the other woman besides one unwanted kiss?
