It's over. Fed up with her dysfunctional marriage of four years involving her husband's drug addiction and infidelity, Khloé Kardashian finally filed the divorce papers on Friday. Now, Lamar Odom claims that he actually was the one who made the move to initiate the couple's split.

The pair quickly got married back in 2009, only four weeks after meeting each other.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality star filed for divorce from Odom, citing irreconcilable differences. Being represented by sister Kim's former attorney Laura Wasser, she asked to have Odom dropped from her surname.

The couple has a prenuptial agreement and Khloé Kardashian is asking for no spousal support from the former NBA star. She wants the judge to reject any of Odom's requests for support as well. Once the reality star is single again, she will remain as the beneficiary on a $10 million life insurance policy Lamar Odom has.

Lamar Odom reportedly told his friends that he was ready to end the relationship with Kardashian and focus on his basketball career. "I can't be f*cking with Khloé. She brings out the bad side of me," he said. He also blamed his previous infidelity on his own friends, by saying that they were "supporting me the wrong way by bringing girls around."

Lamar Odom is said to be more concerned with getting his basketball career back -- he is reportedly in the process of training to sign with his former team, the L.A. Clippers.

"The end was a long time coming," a source said. "Khloé had expressed dire concerns about the marriage ever since she learned about Lamar's crack addiction earlier this year, but she forestalled divorce for fear he'd overdose or worse."
