Monday's all-new episode of "The Originals" will be intense as Dahlia continues her reign of terror in New Orleans while plotting to seize Baby Hope.

Last week, Dahlia, an evil and extremely powerful witch, came to town looking to capture Hope. However, along with Dahlia's official introduction on the show came the traumatic death of Mikael Mikaelson, who was killed by his son, Klaus, reports The Hollywood Reporter. Although Klaus had long wanted to kill his abusive and adopted father, his ultimate motive had to do with his plot to defeat his Aunt Dahlia.

In the next episode, which is entitled "When the Levee Breaks," everyone is going to need to work together in order to rid New Orleans of Dahlia, one of the city's most dangerous foes, and protect Hope.

However, a sneak peak video from the next reveals that Elijah and Klaus will bump heads in their strategy in combating Dahlia.

In the meantime, Freya and Marcel are going to be focused on various other characters, and Klaus may give everyone a sizable reason to worry by the end of the hour.

In another sneak peak clip, published by Access Hollywood, Camille makes an effort to talk to Klaus while he is painting to help him relieve some of his stress. However, he quickly rejects Camille's offer to talk and go for a walk.

According to CarterMatt, the official synopsis reads as stated:

"Setting the stage for a bloody showdown, Dahlia (guest star Claudia Black) gives Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) a deadline to turn over baby Hope. Elijah (Daniel Gillies) attempts to convince Klaus that they need to work together in their fight against Dahlia, but Klaus forges ahead with his own dangerous plan, leaving everyone concerned about his next steps. Meanwhile, when Hayley realizes their chances of outrunning Dahlia are slim, she devises a risky plan and enlists Aiden's (guest star Colin Woodell) help. Elsewhere, Freya (guest star Riley Voelkel) gives Rebekah (guest star Maisie Richardson-Sellers) and Elijah an ultimatum, and Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) strategizes on how best to deal with Klaus' erratic behavior. Leah Pipes and Danielle Campbell also star."

Season 2, Episode 19 of "The Originals, "When the Levee Breaks," will premiere on Monday, April 20, on The CW.
