Brody Jenner to Host ‘Sex with Brody’ Talk Show, Called 'Sex Connoisseur' by E!
E! Network has announced it is picking up Brody Jenner's call-in talk show about sex and relationships for four episodes, reports Deadline.
Jenner, 31, who E! describes in the announcement as a "sex connoisseur," will be joined on his talk show by "relationship therapist/TV personality" Mike Dow and comedian Stevie Ryan. Dow is best known for co-hosting VH1's "Couples Therapy" and hosting on Logo's "That Sex Show." Dow and Ryan will field questions.
The son of former Olympian Bruce Jenner sharpened his sex-connoisseurship working on reality TV series, including "The Hills" on which he said, occasionally "we had to pretend like we were dating but we never dated." Jenner has also lent his talents to "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."
The new project is based on "The Brody Jenner Podcast With Dr. Mike Dow," which launched in January.
Jenner, a "notorious expert in the dating arena" E! assures, will "take on these hot topics, hitting the phones and the streets to encourage strangers to 'strip down' and reveal their burning thoughts around sex and relationships."
Guest appearances by Christina Milian, April Rose and Joanna Krupa, among others, will "add color to the pop culture dialogue" by giving viewers "an inside look at the celebrity take on sex," according to E!
"Sex with Brody" premieres July 10 at 10:30 p.m. ET on E!
Meanwhile, Jenner has seemingly settled into a serious relationship with model Kaitlynn Carter.
"We've been together a year and a half now, so things are going really good," he told People magazine.
Does that mean the sex connoisseur is ready to take the next step?
"Actually, in the past six months, I read we got engaged a few times. That's all just a bunch of B.S.," he said.
"We're together and we're enjoying life, and that's it," he added. "But right now there's no talk of marriage."
