GTA 5 PC Cheats, Hacks & Codes: Create a Custom Radio Station for PC Game [Watch]
Players who have spent a considerable amount of time on Grand Theft Auto V for the PC have probably heard the same songs and audio content several times. Now, thanks to a cheat, players can create their own radio stations to play their own songs and audio files.
The process players use to make their own custom radio stations is relatively simple. Keep in mind this only works on the PC version of GTA 5, according to IGN.
Players will have to go into the Rockstar Games folder in My Documents. For example: C > Users > My Documents > Rockstar Games.
Then they will open up the GTA V folder. Finally they will open the User Music folder.
In a separate window, players will locate songs or audio files they want to add to their audio library on GTA V. From here, players can either copy or drag over the audio files to the User Music folder. At least three audio files are required to make this work.
Go back into the GTA V game and change the radio station to Self Radio. The game should automatically detect the files that the player has dragged into the User Music folder.
If the game does not play the songs recently added into the GTA V folder a scan can be done for music. Go into the pause menu and go into settings and select audio. Finally, select either perform quick scan or perform full scan. The game will search for audio files and it will find those that the player put into the User Music folder.
Once the game has the songs or audio files the player wants there are a few ways to play them. Players can select sequential, random or radio playback modes. Sequential playback will play the songs in the order they appear in the User Music Folder. Random playbook will play the songs at random. Finally, radio playback will play the songs in a random order but will also insert GTA's station IDs, DJ banter and advertisements.
The audio dragged into the User Music folder does not have to be songs either. Players can even put their favorite podcasts into that folder and have GTA V play it for them.
