Khloe Kardashian Lamar Odom Divorce 2013: Khloe Says Split with NBA Star is "Torture to My Soul"
Khloé Kardashian is sick of the rumors after filing for divorce from her husband of four years, Lamar Odom. Though the divorce came as no shock to us, the day that it actually happened on Dec. 13, people could not stop talking about it. Since then there has been rumors of Khloé dating baseball player Matt Kemp and sources claiming that Lamar has gone back to his ex before Khloé.
The Keeping up with The Kardashian's star is over it and has finally broken her silence. "This, in and of itself, is heartbreaking and torture to my soul. Please, I don't need extra rumors and BS right now", Khloe tweeted. The 29-year-old reality star has kept any real statement off of the media but it seems like she just couldn't ignore it anymore. Any woman who experiences a divorce has a tough time dealing with it but here's something that might mend the pain just a little bit.
Though the Kardashians have build a multi-million dollar empire with their reality shows, clothing lines, fragrances and other endorsements, Khloé and Lamar also made pretty serious investments while they were married. According to Us Weekly, Khloé stands to make "$7 million out of the divorce including a $4 million mansion in Tarzana, California and the $1 million diamond engagement ring on her finger, a 12.5 carat radiant-cut diamond ring by Vartan's Fine Jewelry."
She will also receive $2 million dollars in cash. There are no reports on how Khloe and Lamar will split their earnings from their fragrance Unbreakable (which Lamar raps about in his infamous video). We're sure that the couple now also regrets the name of the fragrance. Even though that is the last thing on their minds, it must hit a nerve that this was how confident they once were in their marriage.
Ms. Kardashian stands to gain $500,000 supposedly for every year of their four-year marriage according to their ironclad prenup. Love hurts... and it's expensive too. Yikes!
