The fallout from "WWE Extreme Rules" starts on "Monday Night Raw," and Seth Rollins is still the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.

Despite the RKO banned from Sunday's steel cage match for the world title, Rollins used the move against No.1 contender Randy Orton, which paved the way for "The Architect" to escape the Steel Cage. For Monday night, Rollins--who has been on a roll since successfully cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase during the world title main event at WrestleMania 31--will be basking in the glory of defeating Orton. However, Orton and Kane will likely have different intentions. "The Viper" was not pinned, and he could use the excuse of Kane attacking him last night to get another title shot.

For the next pay-per-view event, "Payback," it has been confirmed Rusev will get another opportunity to regain the United States Championship from John Cena. Cena managed to hit all four turnbuckles during "Extreme Rules" to retain the title. Rusev instructed Lana to meet The Authority in order to get an "I Quit" match in three weeks time.

Daniel Bryan's future as Intercontinental Champion is still unknown, but Neville proved to be a great challenger for Bad News Barrett during "Extreme Rules'" kickoff show. Barrett and Neville could continue to feud while Bryan continues his medical leave, but how long can the Intercontinental Championship remain limbo?

Nikki Bella is still the WWE Divas Champion after defeating Naomi with the Rack Attack. Naomi, however, may be seething following Brie Bella's kick-to-the-face on Naomi, and the feud with the Bellas will continue. Plus, since Naomi has a new theme entrance, she has to show it off with her new attitude.

The WWE Universe has new tag-team champions with The New Day, specifically Kofi Kingston and Big E. In an entertaining match, The New Day pulled it off against Cesaro and Tyson Kidd. Hopefully, Kidd and Cesaro announce their rematch clause for "RAW" or "Payback," but the tag-team scene is getting packed with The Prime Time Players continuing their promo-fest on each tag team, the rise of the Lucha Dragons and surely people have not forgotten about The Ascension.

What's next for Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns and Big Show? It wouldn't be surprising if Big Show and Reigns have another, and final, confrontation tonight. Meanwhile, Wyatt could be narrowing his mysterious messages toward the WWE Superstar in question.

This week also marks the return of the "King of the Ring" tournament, which includes a WWE Network special on Tuesday. There will be more information about the tournament brackets tonight.

"Monday Night Raw" airs on the USA Network at 8 p.m. EST.
