In Episode 19 of the first season of CBS police drama “Stalker,” Beth (Maggie Q), the Officer-in-Charge of the Threat Assessment Unit, will be forced to make a tough decision regarding her future with the LAPD, while the Threat Assessment Team will start to look into a suspect who could have ties to a series of recent murders.

As reported by Spoilers Guide, Vicky (Mira Sorvino) will have to deal with a little added office trouble as her ex-husband, Will (Adam Kaufman), surprises her at work. This creates a situation that will prompt her to reveal to Beth the truth behind her return to Los Angeles.

With past roles in “Nikita” and “Divergent,” 35-year-old model and actress Maggie Q has spent some major time involved with the action genre, which she loved doing but which was not necessarily giving her a ton of respect.

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times' Hero Complex, Q talks about those days, saying, “I remember when I started in action, journalists would say to me, ‘Yeah, cool, you did this action movie. When are you going to do a real movie?’ It wasn’t actually cool to be involved in this genre. It was sort of like the anti-acting.”

The star of the action-oriented new CBS series "Stalker" is happy to note that perspectives on the value of this kind of entertainment seem to have changed: “You’ve got all these really A-list people moving into this genre that I’ve been having fun in for years.”

The PETA spokesperson, who also starred in “Mission: Impossible III,” says she always "had a blast" doing thing kind of work and always felt it was "truly an art.”

Episode 19 of the first season of “Stalker” will air on May 11 on the CBS Network
