On Tuesday, the next TLC "19 Kids and Counting" episode "Jessa, Ben & a Baby on the Way" will feature fan comments, fun facts and exclusive scenes about Jessa Duggar Seewald and Ben Seewald's European honeymoon.

Before leaving Paris for their next honeymoon destination, Ben presents Jessa with a romantic surprise. Watch below:

While Ben and Jessa explore Paris, Rome, and Venice, the rest of the Duggar family prepares to have the couple's house renovated.

Last week, 22-year-old Jessa announced that she is pregnant. The due date is November first, their wedding anniversary.

Currently 12 weeks pregnant, Jessa said that she has been experiencing heartburn and morning sickness, but she had "super-serious food cravings."

Her pregnancy will be documented on TLC's "19 Kids and Counting"; however it will be a little while before it becomes part of the story line.

In this week's 9 p.m. episode "Family Dinner," the youngest of the Duggar brood, Josie Duggar, 5, suffers seizures and eldest daughter Jana Duggar comes to her rescue. 

James Duggar, 13, first notices Josie's medical emergency and alerts Jana. "He asked her a question, and she didn't really respond," says Jana, 25. "She was just sitting there, staring, and then started jerking." 

Even show director, Scott Enlow, jumps in to assist until the paramedics arrive to transport the little girl to the hospital. 

As the episode reveals, the 5-year-old has a history of seizures. 

"One of the little glitches for Josie is that if she runs a fever, she does have the tendency to have febrile seizures," reveals Michelle Duggar, 48. "It might happen just like that; she'll spike a temp when you least expect it, and she'll have a seizure."

Fans soon will see the birth of Israel David, Jill and Derick Dillard's first child, on May 5.
