Stay tuned for the next episode of "The Night Shift" on Monday, where there is a special message from the White House.

According to the Spoilers Guide, "TC played (Eoin Macken) introduces the night shift team to his MMA group therapy leader Colonel Elwood 'Smalls' Green."

Country music legend Trace Adkins will make a guest appearance on the next show, titled "Moving On," as Smalls.

Smalls will surprise the group with a special greeting from the White House.

The description continued, "Jordan played by Jill Flint and Paul played by Robert Bailey Jr. will help a nine-year-old boy with a serious fever. When his high-strung mother begins to exhibit signs of distress as well, the team realizes there is more to the family dynamic than meets the eye."

Meanwhile, "Topher (Ken Leung) is faced with a big decision about making an emergency trip overseas to help an old mentor. TC grapples with whether to accompany him on the journey.

"Ragosa (Freddy Rodriguez), Drew (Brendan Fehr), and Krista (Jeananne Goossen) compete for the strangest cases of the night as the full moon brings out the worst in people."

In the last episode, Scott caused a deadly car crash and TC risked his life for a patient, according to Spoilers Guide.

A few guest appearance included Richard Beal as a Cowboy Patron; Gianna LePera as Catherine, Ricardo Andres as Richard, and Vanessa Torres as an Injured Rodeo Patron, to name a few, Venture Capital Post noted via IMDb.

Spoilers Guide also teased the show following "Hold On," titled "Sunrise, Sunset," set to air on May 11.

"The night shift team treats victims of a multi-vehicle car crash," the description reads. "Paul makes a daring rescue and later regrets it. [Meanwhile], TC and Topher head to Afghanistan to help and old friend in need."

There are just a few more shows left of "The Night Shift" before Season 2 ends. The next show "Holding On" airs May 4 on NBC.
