Seattle Seahawks star player Richard Sherman is ready for summer with his new pool, which he showed on Instagram, during his birthday in March.

Sherman seems to have moved on from his team's Super Bowl LXIX loss against the New England Patriots. After all, the Seahawks' chance of getting the win next season is predicted to be higher.

The athlete's 7,000-square-foot Yorba Linda home previously displayed a brick-lined pool, and now, just a year after he purchased it, the pool has been transformed with dual water slides to boot. The new pool also boasts a raised spa, a waterfall feature and a grotto, reports the Los Angeles Times.

Aside from the swimming pool, the cornerback's residence has lots to offer. As LA Times described, this Yorba Linda property which Sherman reportedly purchased for almost $1.75 million last year, has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

The Mediterranean-inspired home resting on one-third of an acre, also comes with a master bedroom with two bathrooms and a fireplace, a full kitchen, a patio, a barbecue island, a courtyard, family rooms, a wet bar, a home theater, and a game room that is equipped with a wet bar. There is also a 1,350-square-foot guest house for the cornerback's close visitors.

Outside, carefully-maintained grounds add to comfortable living in the Sherman residence.

Truly, these amenities speak of luxury and living in style in Orange County.

Meanwhile, everything is looking good for the Seattle Seahawks this year, reports the Seattle PI blog , citing data from sports book Bovada.

The Seahawks have 11-to-2 odds to get the Super Bowl 50 victory, notes the site. The blog explains that based on Bovada's oddsmakers, the Seahawks would reign in the NFC West for the third consecutive year, beating the Arizona Cardinals, St. Louis Rams and San Francisco 49ers, and will face the 7-2 odds to win the AFC championship, the Indianapolis Colts.

How about the New England Patriots, the Super Bowl XLIX champions and winner of the Vince Lombardi Trophy? With the Patriots left without the team's key player Tom Brady for the first four games of the new season as penalty over the "Deflategate" incident, according to NFL.com, the Patriots' chance of getting the next Super Bowl 50 might be slim.

But nothing's final yet, as Brady's agent, Don Yee, expressed that the Patriot's star athlete and the recent Super Bowl MVP is appealing the NFL suspension, informs ESPN.

If the Seahawks win, will Sherman make another celebratory real estate purchase? Last year, months after being declared Super Bowl champions, he bought a $2.31 million Maple Valley, Washington home from Los Angeles Clippers guard Jamal Crawford.
