Miley Cyrus hits NYC today for Ryan Seacrest's Rockin' Eve 2014 hosted by Jenny McCarthy, Fergie and Ryan himself. Other musical performances tonight will be Melissa Etheridge, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Blondie, Rodney Atkins, Icona Pop, Jencarlos Canela and El Dasa. Cyrus is scheduled to perform at 11:39 p.m., officially singing away 2013 and welcoming the New Year 2014.

So what can we expect from the outrageous super star that ruled the year 2013? Well, first off the temperature in New York City will be in the mid-20s, so if Miley doesn't want to catch a cold she better wear a coat over her leotard. And secondly, we don't know how much of a chance the "Wrecking Ball" singer will have with swinging on the New Year's ball, since Spider-man has signed up to fly around Time Square instead tonight.

Miley is said to be performing "Get it Right" and "Wrecking Ball" out of her hit album Bangerz. We hope she can squeeze "Party in the USA" in there, and maybe even "We Can't Stop," since those songs also mesh well with the occasion. There's no doubt that her performance is the most awaited of the night.

We are all wondering what Miley has prepared to be her last "bang" of the year. From tongue swinging, to ball swinging to twerking, the once Disney channel star has given us quite a year to take in. Becoming one of the most controversial young stars in the music industry today, Miley has a big decision to make in 2014. Will she keep up her bad girl behavior? Or will she risk the attention she received in 2013 and modify her image a bit?

We will have to see if Miley will end the year with dancing teddy bears and twerking little people. Or maybe she will surprise us with a long sweater dress and a quiet performance... Nah. Be sure to tune in to ABC, NBC, CNN and Fox to view the irreplaceable NYC New Year's Eve party tonight.
