Kendrick Lamar debuted a brand new track, titled "Money over Love," over the weekend.

The Compton emcee made a surprise appearance at famed producer Adrian Younge's Linear Labs record label launch, which took place at Los Angeles' Regent Theater on Friday night.

Soul singer-songwriter Bilal, whose vocals are featured on two tracks "Institutionalized" and "These Walls" off Lamar's critically acclaimed third studio album "To Pimp a Butterfly," also joined his frequent collaborator onstage as a special guest to perform the funky cut.

"Tell me what you love, shine brightly (Money over love) / Fast cars down and rayed (Money over love) / The West rings tonight..." the duo sang during their recent cameo.

Only a few Instagram video clips have surfaced online so far. One of the snippets shows the two crooning, "I got (-) or I seem to resist it / Every time that you want to get up and dance, that's not too clever / F**k your resistance, f**k them who tried to owe him."

Website 2 Dope Boyz speculates that the trio's latest collaboration might be featured on Bilal's forthcoming release.

In his March interview with Complex, Bilal revealed that he had teamed up with Younge for his upcoming LP "In Another Life," which is expected to arrive in June -- so it is possible for "Money over Love" to be included in the project.

Meanwhile, K. Dot was invited to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Los Angeles Dodgers' game on April 27. He was also honored with the 35th Senate District's Generational Icon Award by California State Senator Isadore Hall III on May 12.
