The 2015 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday in Las Vegas, hosted by model Chrissy Teigen and rapper Ludacris, had plenty of surprises and great performances.

Iggy Azalea, Pharrell and Sam Smith each won three awards.

Romeo Santos won Top Latin Artist. Enrique Iglesias won Top Latin Album, and along with Descemer Bueno and Gente de Zona won Top Latin Song for "Bailando."

Hozier, One Direction, Jason Aldean, John Legend and Enrique Iglesias each won two, but it was Taylor Swift who took home the most wins -- 8 to be exact, including Top Artist.

"Oh, this is such a good night!" she said after winning the top prize. "Early this morning I watched my brother Austin graduate from Notre Dame ... (and) to anyone who's graduating this year ... this is for you."

The singer also premiered her star-studded "Bad Blood" music video at the top of the show, which was nearly upstaged by her shared PDA with Calvin Harris.

When Kendall and Kylie Jenner hit the stage to introduce their brother-in-law Kanye West, the anti-Kardashian portion of the audience booed the famous sisters. The sisters carried on with their scripted introduction of West who was set to perform "Black Skinhead" and "All Day."

West received heckling as well after his set, which had been so smoky and dark you could barely see him perform, reports Billboard.

Worse yet, the 37-year-old rapper's performance was censored throughout due to explicit language. Television viewers could not hear 20 percent of the performance, according to Billboard.

Despite Louis Tomlinson's recent feud with Zayn Malik on Twitter, One Direction remembered Mailk following their win for Top Duo/Group.

"There's one more person to share this with, and that's our brother Zayn," Liam Payne said.
