Britney Spears has come a long way from her Mickey Mouse Club days... During the opening dates for her new Vegas show -- Britney: Piece of Me -- she admitted that she has many people in her life who inspire her... but her biggest inspiration is none other than her ex-boyfriend and former fellow Mousketeer, Justin Timberlake!

USA Today is reporting that she confirmed that the former member of N'Sync is her biggest inspiration and that she is also a fan of Lorde. Of the latter, Spears says she's "really different and cool ... This generation is hungry for new sounds. Bruno Mars is so different and fresh, and (ex-boyfriend) Justin Timberlake is, too. It's inspiring for me, and it makes people eager to listen to music, which helps everyone."

Us Weekly is also reporting that Britney is inspired by Beyoncé as well! "What she did with her (surprise release) album was genius, really brilliant," Spears said of Beyoncé, 32, who stunned the world with her self-titled, fifth studio album in mid-December. Spears, meanwhile, released her eighth studio album, Britney Jean, on Dec. 3. Spears also gave a nod to Miley Cyrus, who was actually in the crowd along with Katy Perry and Selena Gomez on Friday, Dec. 27 for the opening night of Britney: Piece of Me. "She's cool, she's fun to be around. You know, she's got really good energy," said the blonde bombshell of the Bangerz singer.

Britney: Piece of Me is the first Las Vegas residency show by Britney Spears. The show took place at the The AXIS auditorium located in the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The residency will take place from late 2013 to 2015 and will have a total of about 100 shows by the end of 2015. The residency is expected to end in 2015, but casino executives have stated that the residency may be extended depending on its success.
