"Divergent" franchise stars Shailene Woodley and Theo James have stellar on-screen chemistry, but is there something going on between them behind the scenes?

The 30-year-old actor's relationship is reportedly on the brink of a break up as James' girlfriend, Ruth Kearney, has been frantic with jealously after the actor admitted to having a thing for Woodley's long legs.

Recalling an earlier report by the Belfast Telegraph, The "London Fields" actor admitted that a woman's legs turns him on. "Let's see. I have a thing for pretty legs," he admitted.

"But most importantly, I like confident women. It's probably because I grew up with four strong women - my mother, grandmother and two sisters," explained the actor.

While it may seen innocent, Movie News Guide added that "the 'Allegiant' movie star gushed that his co-star, Woodley, possesses all of the things that turn him on." The admission allegedly triggered a rift between James and his girlfriend.

Engagement Cancelled?

The news follows last week's report by The Sun-Times (via Media Mass) that the Hollywood celebrity and his lady-love were spotted shopping for engagement rings. While the news remains unconfirmed, alleged insiders claim an engagement is in the horizon.

The newspaper added that knowing people close to the couple claimed, "He's madly in love with her," and that the relationship is "heating up."

James' rep simply said, "no comment," when asked about the rumored engagement. The celebrity has always been tight-lipped about his personal life.

In a previous interview with Flaunt, the actor admitted to not being one who shares details about his private life.

"I don't think I'd want to share those elements of my private life...I don't have it and I never will. Other actors I know are really good at it and they rock and roll it, but it's not for me. If I post a picture of us having a drink now and get loads of views or comments and stuff, then suddenly you're quite exposed and you're in a world of work. I just like being present."

Divergent: Allegiant Part 1 and 2

The final book in Veronica Roth's "Divergent" trilogy was split into two parts. Lionsgate has not revealed much about the upcoming film and has described the film's plot in vague terms. Below is the summary, as reported by Cinema Blend.

"After the cataclysmic events in Insurgent, Tris and Four enter a dangerous new world in Allegiant -- Parts 1 & 2 that they no longer recognize. As new truths are revealed about the past and future, Tris must face impossible choices about courage, allegiance and love to protect the people closest to her."

"Divergent: Allegiant Part 1" is set to premiere in theaters on March 18, 2016 with Part 2 arriving in theaters a year later on March 24, 2017. James and Woodley are joined by Naomi Watts, Miles Teller and Ansel Elgort.
