Rapper 50 Cent is back in the news... This time, because a NY judge refused to dismiss a claim by a woman who filed a lawsuit against the G-Unit mogul/rapper, claiming that he had no right to use her image and likeness in a pornographic film that 50 narrated.

Salon.com is reporting that 50 -- real name Curtis Jackson -- is being sued by Lastonia Leviston, the former girlfriend and baby mama of MMG rapper Rick Ross, for publicizing and profiting off of a sex tape that she made with Maurice Murray, her boyfriend at the time. 50 narrated the porn tape in a blond wig and blue bathrobe under the moniker "Pimpin' Curly" (and as someone who saw the tape in question, let me tell you -- it was HILARIOUS), and according to Leviston's lawsuit (which originated in 2010), she suffered "extreme emotional distress" over the move, which 50 made as part of a "rap war" between himself and the MMG head.

But it gets worse -- according to SOHH.com, Leviston was "suicidal" over the release of the video. "50 Cent allegedly bought the racy home video from Leviston's former boyfriend Maurice Murray, even though she claims he promised to destroy the footage. The Florida woman's diary "reveals that Leviston entertained suicidal ideation as a result of the release of the video tape, and that she was unable to function normally in her daily life," Wooten wrote in his decision released Thursday. 50 Cent even blurred out Leviston's lover's face, but left hers recognizable and edited his alter ego 'Pimpin' Curly' into the video. He dubbed Leviston a "call girl" named Brooke in the spot. Leviston says in her 2010 suit that she was never a hooker," reports the site.

Jackson's team is claiming that he can legally use the images under the Fair Use doctrine.

Leviston's lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
