Chris Brown and his friends took offense to an Instagram photo that model Tyson Beckford recently posted of himself and Brown's ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran in Las Vegas, VH1 reports.

Though the photo appears fairly innocent, Brown and his friends became seemingly jealous and let their social media followers know that they were not happy. According to VH1, Brown's friend whose Instagram handle is kindred was the first to respond to Beckford's photo with a threat to the model.

KidRed, who claims to be a member of California gang FruitTownPru, threatened to confront Beckford in a violent altercation via an Instagram video. Brown immediately commented on KidRed's video with several emojis implying that he would also fight the model.

Soon after, Beckford responded to the threats with his own series of Instagram videos, which included one of him at a shooting range to imply that he was not afraid of Brown's threats.

In a series of tweets that have since been deleted, Brown revealed that he would be coming to Las Vegas to "whoop" Beckford and follow through with his initial threat.

Beckford responded once again to Brown on Twitter and invited him to "come thru" to Vegas.

 
Based on Brown's Instagram photo which he posted on Sunday, May 24, it appears that he and his gang affiliates did travel to Vegas to confront Beckford. However, the model called the Vegas PD to come to the venue where he was stationed to ensure his safety.

Tran has yet to respond publicly to the feud erupting between Beckford and Brown since she is adamant about not getting back together with Brown. 

E! News sources claim that Beckford and Tran are just friends and the selfie that Beckford posted was meant to be friendly.

"Tyson was just being playful but it seemed that Chris got jealous," said an E! News source. "He is not looking for issues with Chris at all."
