Nintendo's Wii U will be available in North American retailers on Nov. 18.

Nintendo will launch the console in two sets - deluxe and basic.

The deluxe package comes with a suggested retail price of $349.99 and features a black Wii U hardware and 32GB of internal storage. It also comes with Wii U GamePad, GamePad Stylus, Sensor bar, Wii U console AC adapter, Wii U GamePad AC adapter and HDMI® cable.

The deluxe set also comes with Wii U Console Stand, which allows users to display the Wii U console in a vertical orientation; and the Wii U GamePad Stand / Cradle Set, which allows owners to keep the Wii U GamePad fully charged and in an easy-to-view, upright position.

Customers who purchase the Deluxe Set will be enrolled in the Deluxe Digital Promotion, which lets Wii U owners receive points for each digital download and redeem those points for future downloadable content from the Nintendo eShop. The promotion is currently planned through 2014.

The deluxe package comes with Wii U's Nintendo Land. Nintendo Land accommodates up to five players and is a "fun and lively virtual theme park filled with attractions based on popular Nintendo game worlds." It is rated E for everyone.

The basic console is being released with a suggested retail price of $299.99 and comes with 8GB of internal software and a white hardware. it comes with the Wii U GamePad, Wii U GamePad Stylus, Sensor bar, Wii U console AC adapter, Wii U GamePad AC adapter and HDMI® cable. Users can purchase the Wii U GamePad Stand, the Wii U GamePad Cradle and the Wii U Console Stand separately.

Nintendo said the most notable feature of the Wii U GamePad is the "Personal Second Screen," which is "seamlessly integrated with your television." The screen offers easy access to maps and menus and creates dynamic new forms of game play. The Wii U GamePad also has a touch screen which works with the fingertips of the stylus and users can write notes or draw pictures. When the TV is in use, games can be downloaded onto the Wii U GamePad. The GamePad also includes motion control, a front-facing camera, a microphone, stereo speakers, rumble features, a sensor bar, a stylus, and support for Near Field Communication (NFC). It is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and weighs approximately 1.1 pounds.

Both the deluxe and basic sets will be available for purchase in Best Buy, Walmart, Target, GameStop, Kmart, Sears, and ToysRus.
