On Sunday's midseason finale of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," a 10th season teaser clip showed Kim Kardashian West revealing that she's expecting her second child with husband Kanye West, 37.

The clip shows Kim, 34, at a doctor's appointment where she learns the exciting news. Next, she informs her sister, Khloé Kardashian, 30.

"I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant!" Kim exclaims.

The reality TV star has undergone surgery to remove placenta from daughter North's birth, as well as in-vitro fertilization in an attempt to conceive another child with West. In between the medical procedures, Kim and her husband endured exhaustive attempts to conceive to ensure that she has another child.

In the 10th season teaser, Kim told a horrified Khloe, "I've been having sex 500 times a day!"

The show's 10th season follows Kim's "journey of trying to get pregnant for the second time, which has proven to not be as easy as the first time."

In early May, the "Selfish" author dished to E! News about the couple's efforts to grow their family.

"We are trying. We try every single day. You can't try harder than we try," she told E! News. "It's getting exhausting. He always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying for baby No. 1.'"

Kim said that they are "literally trying everything that we can to make it happen." She is no longer stressed about it. "And maybe that's when they say it happens."

She also squashed the idea of using a surrogate to have a second child.

"I think if it came to that point, but we've trying for over a year and I would maybe wait a couple of years until that point happened," Kim told E! News.

Kim is expecting to deliver her second child in early December, reports Hollywood Life.

The social media personality gave birth to North on June 15, 2013, in Los Angeles after a well-documented, difficult pregnancy.

Kim and West married on May 24, 2014, a little over one year after welcoming North into the world. The couple enjoyed a luxurious wedding ceremony at the Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy surrounded by family and friends.
