In "Game of Thrones" history, Episode 9 of each season has traditionally been what gets fans talking. On Sunday's episode, "The Dance of Dragons," there will be more drama and violence.

"Jon returns to the wall. Arya runs into someone from her past. Mace visits the Iron Bank. Stannis faces a difficult decision and Daenerys oversees a celebration of athleticism," according to IMDb.

The preview video shows Jon standing side by side with the wildlings. Jaime, meanwhile, is given an ultimatum.

"You can swear your allegiance to me now, or you can die," Doran told him.

Aria will also be a part of the episode, as she was given a task in the previous week.

In "Hardhome," fans got to see Cersei at her lowest and most vulnerable point while locked away in prison, Entertainment Weekly reports. Her captors slapped her around in the jail cell finally giving her a taste of her own medicine. Because she would not confess her sins, she would not get a drink of water.

Instead, she was seen trying to drink the water up from the floor.

Tyrion Lannister and Daenerys finally had a conversation with each other in the last episode allowing the Lannister brother to get a better position and for the duo to work together.

Sansa also received good news that her brothers might still be alive amidst the horror she is going through with her crazy husband.

While fans are winding down from the shock of Sansa's wedding night, "Hardhome" gave fans another reason to get excited. The about 20-minute scene that showed the fight against the White Walkers concluded the episode.

Sunday's battle wiped out a Wildling village, but Jon Snow was able to use his Valyrian sword to kill one of the more powerful White Walkers.

Vanity Fair also pointed out that dragon fire may also be able to take out the White Walkers.

In speculation, if regular fire cannot take out a White Walker, then dragon fire can, just like dragon glass and dragon steel can kill a White Walker while ordinary glass or steel cannot.

Tune into HBO on Sunday at 9 p.m. ET to catch the next episode of "Game of Thrones."
