Amanda Bynes was seen leaving dinner at Craig's restaurant in West Hollywood on Wednesday evening, marking her first public appearance in more than three months, reports E! News.

The 29-year-old actress looked healthy and happy. She wore skintight black pants, a gray sweater and black heels. Her hair was long and pale blond in color. Designer acrylic nails decorated her fingernails. She reportedly hid most of her behind big black sunglasses as she left the restaurant accompanied by two companions. TMZ reports that one companion was her life coach.

Bynes was composed in front of the paparazzi as she made a beeline for an awaiting car, hopped inside and was driven away, according to TMZ.

The former Nickelodeon star left Craig's before sunset -- good news considering the late night adventures she had on Sunset in the past.

Bynes has been out of the public eye since February when she was photographed shopping at a Los Angeles 99 cents store.

Also in February, Bynes started living in an apartment and an outstanding DUI case against her was dismissed. She was not living on her own entirely; her parents still retain control of her finances through a court ordered temporary conservatorship.

Bynes, whose unusual Twitter posts shocked many fans in the past, has kept a low profile on social media. Her most recent Twitter post was in March when she shared a self-portrait drawing.

"Hey my loves! Here's a drawing I did! ily :D," she wrote.

Since completing treatment at a mental health facility the end of last year, Bynes seems to be stabilized and much happier.

If producers of "Dancing with the Stars" get their way, Bynes will join their celebrity lineup for next season, reports HollywoodLife.

The troubled star has experienced major ups and downs over the past couple years with her mental health, but now that she has stabilized, producers of DWTS are hoping she will be healthy enough to compete next season.

"They want her! If she does it, she wants to dance with Derek [Hough] or Mark [Ballas]," a source told Hollywood Life exclusively. "She is in very, very loose discussions and absolutely nothing has been set in stone but as long as she is mentally stable, she is basically a lock for the next season."

If Bynes' dance skills alongside Zac Efron, 27, in 2007's "Hairspray" are any indication of what's to come, her "Dancing with the Stars" competition better watch out.
