Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of New Edition star Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, has announced today that she has gotten married to Nick Gordon... who is her step-brother.

According to Fox News, a representative for the Brown & Houston families have confirmed that Bobbi Kristina, 20, has gotten married, but didn't elaborate on the details of when, or where, or how. "Brown tweeted about her marriage Thursday, posting a photo of the couple wearing wedding rings with hands on top of each other. She wrote in the caption, "#HappilyMarried. So #InLove. If you didn't get it the first time that is," reports Fox News.

According to The Los Angeles Times, their relationship has been the source of a lot of uncomfortability. Even though Houston never officially adopted Nick Gordon, Bobbi & Nick knew each other, and grew up together, from the time they were 12 years old. When they initially announced their engagement -- in October 2012 -- they called it off a month later because of the increasing tensions in the family.

In addition, there is some suggestion that the two aren't "officially" married, given what Bobbi has said as of this morning. "Don't think 4 a sec that a ceremony isn't in store this year ...!? they're will be a wedding & a gorgeous1at that (: #nomoredetailstho!," she tweeted, following up with, "Nothing is ever official until it's done under the eyes of god . @nickdgordon much love !"

"In November of last year, Brown referred to Gordon as "my hubby" in a tweet, sparking speculation that the two had secretly wed. However, E! News reported, a rep soon clarified that they two hadn't officially exchanged vows. So is it real now? Only time -- and perhaps a few official words from one of their reps -- will tell if they're legally wed," reports the Los Angeles Times.

Incidentally... the sole heir to Whitney Houston's estate is... Bobbi Kristina.
