Human Barbie Sarah Burge tells a doctor that she gave her youngest daughter vouchers for plastic surgery when she was just 7 years old ahead of a new episode of "Botched," E! Online reports.

Sarah talked to Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow on the reality show while she brought her youngest daughter Poppy along.

"Having a 10-year-old in with the parent to talk about possible plastic surgery is at best unorthodox, at worst, very weird," Dr. Dubrow said in the preview video on In Touch.

Back in 2012, the Human Barbie helped her 15-year-old daughter Hannah to get botox injections. The doctors talked to the famous mom in the "Botched" preview about the issue of allowing Hannah to go under the knife voicing that they are against teenagers getting plastic surgery.

"I divided a nation," Human Barbie joked about the controversy she caused when the media started talking about Hannah's alleged botox.

"She happened to be a professional dancer who suffered with hyperhidrosis so it had nothing to do with cosmetics. ... It was purely medical."

Yet, the famous mom admits that she gave her youngest daughter Poppy vouchers for future plastic surgery procedures worth $7,000 when she was just 7 years old.

Some 23 years ago Human Barbie was brutally attacked when she was one of Hughe Hefner's "good-looking" bunny girls. She was involved with a "maniac" who dismantled her and doctors worked together to save her life.

"I ended up being put back together and they saved my life but they didn't save my looks," she said. Sarah went back to school and became an advocate for the surgeons who saved her looks later on in life.

"Sarah is like a walking billboard for the surgeons who have done plastic surgery on her and she actually looks pretty good," Dubrow admits.

What does Poppy think about getting plastic surgery in the future?
