Teresa Giudice has agreed to turn over the keys of her shiny 2005 Maserati to the government along with as much as 25 percent of the remainder of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" salary as a means of paying off the nearly $415,000 debt she still owes to the feds.

According to New Jersey Advance Media, the 43-year-old Bravo Network star has also agreed to allow the government to sell off many of the furnishings inside her family's Montville Township mansion as well as to fork over at least 50 percent of rental income generated from a property she and her husband, Joe, own in nearby Lincoln Park.

Giudice is currently in the midst of serving a 15-month sentence at the Danbury Federal Facility on bankruptcy fraud charges. On Friday, federal prosecutors filed court papers bearing her signature that pave the way for the government to seize the cash and property as a way of recouping the restitution ordered by U.S. District Court Judge Esther Salas at October's sentencing.

Reports are Giudice is slated to be granted an early release from Danbury, making it likely she will be back home sometime around Christmastime.

According to North Jersey News, at that point she is immediately expected to be placed on home confinement to serve out the remainder of her sentence. The Federal Bureau of Prisons currently lists her release date as Feb. 5, 2016.

Once Giudice has been released, her husband is slated to commence serving his 41-month sentence on similar charges.

Since his wife's incarceration, Joe Giudice has been dogged by allegations of cheating and infidelity. According to People, he was recently accused of "hooking up" with 30-year-old Atlantic City model Jamie Jackson, a charge they both vehemently denied. More recently, he has been rumored to be romantically involved with 27-year-old local bartender Samary Graulau. He has denied these claims.
