You don't mess with the Biebs. That's what Wall Celebrity quickly learned after they found out they were being sued by Bravado International Group Merchandising Services, a marketing company behind Justin Bieber.

NYPOST.com reports that Wall Celebrity has been taken to court after allegedly calling Justin Bieber an "idiot." Bieber's team claims that the merchandiser company, Wall Celebrity, took to justanswer.com to discuss bankruptcy options in which a company employee called the "All That Matters" singer an "idiot" and breached an "agreement to sell his merchandise."

About five months ago someone who identified themselves as a Wall Celebrity employee told a Wall Street lawyer via justanswers.com that "retailers no longer [want] to carry Justin's merchandise because he is an idiot". The company's representative was referring to "why the company couldn't make its $100,000 payment in April" leading to bankruptcy.

The Wall Celebrity representative is being identified as Giannulli. He tells the Post that he never called Justin Bieber an idiot, adding that the company's website was "hacked". Uh-huh... that always seems to be the story behind these company lawsuits, a "twitter hacker" or a "website hacker". Seems suspicious, doesn't it?

Giannulli claimed, "This is just crazy. The company never even got off the ground ... I never called Justin Bieber an idiot." Now, here's the part of the original conversation between Giannulli and the lawyer on justanswer.com:

lawyer: This is a common situation, if the potential judgment will only be on the corporation, you can file a corporate bankruptcy, or just leave corporation, and close all accounts, and start a new corp to run your business, a bankruptcy would not even be needed, if you plan on closing the current corp.

User: We did a licensing deal with Justin Biebers merchandise group out of New York, paid $100,000 upfront and we had a 2nd installment of $100,000. But due to the retailers no longer wanting to carry Justins merchandise because he is an idiot we could not secure sufficient PO's, and could not pay 2nd installment.

So whom do you believe? Sounds like something that a company would say out of anger huh? Keep your thoughts to yourself while coming against the power of the Biebs (LOL). Good luck to Wall Celebrity, because it's not looking good for you.
