After his exit from the Michigan Wolverines as its football coach, Brady Hoke is also saying goodbye to his Ann Arbor home.

The coach has listed his house for nearly $3 million, according to Realtor.com.

The 10,478-square-foot residence of the 56-year-old mentor rests on a 34-acre lot and includes five bedrooms. The charming Ann Arbor property also comes with a view as it has a lovely pond along side it. The site noted that the Hoke residence comes with a ranch-style appeal.

The home's listing describes the property as a "stunning Estate property just minutes to Ann Arbor, University of Michigan, and Freeways." Specific details of the home such as the soaring ceilings, measuring 10 to 16 feet, create an airy ambiance for the Michigan home. It also has "oversized trim and molding," open floor plan, spacious family room, formal living and dining areas. The Ann Arbor home also has a four-car garage, a large laundry-service room and a generator.

Another jewel of the residence is its entertainment area that displays a spacious recreation or game room and a bar. It reportedly comes with a personal gym, too.

Book lovers will surely be delighted with the library that comes with lots of custom-built shelves. More storage simply means more books to display. House hunters who love cooking will enjoy living in this charming home as it has a modern chef kitchen with built-in cabinetry and professional grade appliances to boot.

Outdoors, a relaxing setting awaits the next owners. The grounds have a comfortable lounge, waterfall, and a built-in grill station. In addition, the panoramic verdant views outside creates a more serene feel.

Photos of the home will surely impress interested buyers as they feature the amazing scenery that expectant residents will see every day.

Meanwhile, Hoke has been spotted in the spring practices of different teams.

He also visited Knoxville, Tenn. with the Volunteers and the Texas Christians, the Detroit Free Press reported.

The outlet wrote that he was initially rumored to join Notre Dame, but he clarified reports in an interview with CBS.

"It's time to go South for a little bit, not South Bend... (Wife) Laura and I are going to do that. We want to coach again. You miss the kids, you miss the game planning, you miss, every day, seeing those young kids come in there and coach them up. We're going to take a year and do some things that we haven't done. Also, as a coach, there's always things that you can learn. That's one of the things I really want to do."
