Is baby North finally meeting South? The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star has been spotted exiting Beverly Hills Medical Center in Beverly Hills, California with rap star daddy, Kanye West, reports CelebDirtyLaundry.

What's even more intriguing is that Kim "clutched her stomach" and "sported the same nauseated expression on her face that she had when she was in the early stages of pregnancy with her daughter North West."

Rapper daddy, Kanye West was also with Kim K. in this particular medical center visit - prompting even more people to think that the couple might really be expecting another one on the way.

Us Magazine's source did say that Kanye and Kim already had a "timeline when it comes to their second child" as early as last year. The source went on to say that Kim "wants her kids to be close in age." Kanye is also the type that "wants a huge family."

"She'll try to get pregnant next summer, after the wedding," added US Magazine's source.

Hollywood Life's unnamed source also confirms the same pregnancy rumor - saying that the couple is more than ready to give North West a baby sister or brother.

"Kim finally feels like her life is exactly where she's always wanted it to be. She and Kanye are already talking about having another kid because they want Nori to have lots of brothers and sisters."

The Kardashian-West family has yet to comment on the issue but surely, a pregnancy would be quite difficult to hide with their reality show. Kim did able to hush her pregnancy with baby North well until the 6th week.

The Kardashian-Jenner reality show 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' is on its ninth installment this year. The premiere episode for Season 9 will air on E! Network January 19.
